Bonus Codes

  • Entering a Bonus Code:

    • Users can receive a code (e.g., "WELCOME100") through promotions, emails, or marketing campaigns.

    • They enter this code in a designated field on the platform (e.g., during registration, or on the player dashboard)

    • Only one code can be used at a time, meaning users cannot stack multiple codes simultaneously to claim multiple bonuses.

    • When joining tournaments, bonus funds will ALWAYS be used first before a users main balance

    • If a user has bonus funds, these will need to be depleted to a 0 SOL balance before users can use their uploaded funds

    • Bonus funds can ONLY be used for TOURNAMENTS. Headsup is restricted!

  • Receiving Bonus Funds:

    • Upon entering a valid code, the platform credits the user’s account with bonus funds. For example, a code might grant 0.1 SOL in bonus funds or match a deposit (e.g., 100% up to 1 SOL).

    • These funds are separate from the user’s real balance and are subject to specific terms.

  • Bonus Funds Restrictions:

    • Cannot be instantly withdrawn: Bonus funds are locked and cannot be cashed out immediately.

    • To unlock the bonus funds for withdrawal, users must meet a wagering requirement (also called a rollover).

  • Wagering Requirement (15x Rollover):

    • The bonus funds must be rolled over 15 times, meaning the user must wager an amount equal to 15 times the bonus before it becomes withdrawable.

    • Example: If you receive 0.1 SOL in bonus funds, you must wager 0.1SOL × 15 = 1.5SOL in total.

    • Wagers placed using bonus funds on any game contribute to the rollover requirement. For instance, if you bet 0.01 on a tournament using bonus funds, that 0.01 counts toward the 1.5SOL needed.

  • Tracking Progress:

    • The platform tracks this automatically, and users can check their progress on the top right of the website.

  • Unlocking and Withdrawing:

    • Once the 1.5SOL wagering requirement is met (in the above example), the bonus funds become unlocked and are converted to a withdrawable state.

    • At this point, the user can withdraw the bonus funds (or any winnings derived from them) using the platform’s withdrawal methods, subject to any additional terms (e.g., minimum withdrawal limits).

  • Key Notes:

    • Only one bonus code can be active at a time, so users must complete or forfeit the current bonus (if allowed) before redeeming another.

    • Bonus funds are non-transferable and can only be used for wagering, not for other purposes like purchasing items or tipping.
